Convention of World Mongolians

The Convention of World Mongolians convened in Ulaanbaatar and Kharahorum from 2-6 August, 2006 under the aegis of President of Mongolia Nambar Enkhbayar in commemoration of 800 years Anniversary of the Great Mongol State founded by Chinggis Khaan, outstanding personality of  Millennium, under motto “Together for Peace, Friendship and Cooperation” comes to a successful completion.

We the representatives of Mongols all over the world as well as friends of Mongolia from all corners of the globe have gathered to exchange views and visions and set future agenda and actions, reiterating our determination and aspiration for brotherly and friendly cooperation, preservation of and inheritance to future generations national culture, language and a wealth of national traditions and customs of the ancient Mongolian nation under universal globalization.

Dear compatriots and friends,
Ladies and gentlemen,

On 800 Years’ Anniversary of Great Mongol State I extend heartfelt congratulations to all the Mongolian compatriots, fellow brothers and foreign guests who have traveled long distances from faraway lands and gathered for this Convention convened under the aegis of President of Mongolia. Please welcome to free Mongolia, a homeland of the Great Chinggis Khaan.
